This document contains all the rules and regulations related to the Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival. It lists deadlines, game play information, and protocol for scoring and weather. It is your job to be familiar with the rules of this tournament.

Each team must carry a roster of at least 15 athletes and will be required to provide their own goalie. Rosters may not exceed 25 players.  Roster sharing is not allowed, meaning a player cannot be listed on multiple rosters and/or play for multiple teams.  Any team with a player in violation of this rule will forfeit all games in which the player is known to have competed and forfeit the opportunity to advance to the playoff round. 

Teams must submit the Official Bluegrass Team Roster by June 1^st via email to jessi.a@bluegrasslacrossefestival.com.  Please download the team roster document off the website and read the rules that apply for submitting a team roster. 

If changes occur to your roster between June 1^st and Team Check-in you may email me updated rosters.  Please be aware that accurate and Official Bluegrass Team Rosters must also be submitted at Team Check-In Friday, June 28th. All participating players must be on this team roster. 

Any Player that has competed in High School (Fresh, Soph, JV, or Varsity Level) must compete in the High School division.  They are ineligible to compete at U15.

Medical Liability and Release Form:
All players on the roster must fill out and complete the Official Bluegrass Liability and Medical Release Form.  These forms can be downloaded off the website.  Player’s forms must be submitted by their coach/team manager at team check-in on June 28^th.  Any player who does not have a signed Liability and Medical Release form will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.  There will be no exceptions.
