Hotel AccommodationsIn order to help your travel, we have arranged all hotel accommodations for Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival 2013 to be handled by EPN Travel Services. EPN Travel Services specialize in youth travel events including tournaments. Individual registrations or team room blocks are available to help streamline your travel needs as well as provide a complimentary room for your team’s coach.

When you register for Bluegrass, you will receive an email from EPN Travel Services. The email will contain a group code needed to reserve a room block. Alternatively, you can have individual registrations using the following link:

Tournament ParkingBluegrass Lacrosse Festival is expecting a large attendance; therefore parking is limited. Please take advantage of carpools when possible. Parking is free at each facility.  Please download the map online to determine where parking will be available. Please keep in mind that the spots will fill up quickly. Streets may become difficult to navigate due to the volume participants and spectators coming to the festival. Parking will be on a first come first serve basis. All participants and spectators need to take caution when crossing the roads. 

  • No participants are allowed on the fields prior to 7:00am.
  • No pets are allowed at Champions Park. Owners will be asked to remove animal from premise. Please leave your pets home.
  • Drive and park cars in designated areas only.
  • No tailgating and/or grills allowed on grounds or in parking lots.
  • Alcohol and the use of illegal substances on the grounds or in parking lots are strictly prohibited.
