Play Format
  • U9 will be 8v8 (2 Attack, 3 Mids, 2 Defense, 1 Goalie) - NO long sticks allowed
  • U11 - U19 will be10v10 (3 Attack, 3 Mids, 3 Defense, 1 Goalie)
Play Format
  • All divisions will be12v12 (5 Attack, 6 Defense, 1 Goalie)
Registration Information
  • Initial Payment: A $300 deposit is due at registration to guarantee your team's spot in the tournament.
  • Team Fee: Due Friday, May 31st, 2013. If registered before March 1, 2013, your team will receive an Early Bird Discount of $200 off the regular price of $1,200.
  • Team Registration: Team Manager registers each team.
  • Check-In: Friday, June 28th from 4-9pm in the Tournament's Host Hotel (TBD).
  • Refund Policy: A 50% refund of the total tournament fee (i.e., Early Bird Fee or Late Fee) will be given prior to June 1st, 2013.  No refunds are available after June 1, 2013.
MULTI-TEAM BONUS!  Bring four teams to Bluegrass and receive 10% of your registration fee back! Contact info@bluegrasslacrossefestival.com to set up your multi-team bonus.
 
Tournament Format
  • All teams guaranteed a minimum of 4 games
  • Certified Referees & scorekeepers provided on every field
  • Tournament Schedules will be posted to this website and emailed to team coordinators 3-5 days prior to the event.
  • Vendor Village available with great food, beverage, retail, and entertainment!

Cancellation PolicyIf fields are deemed unplayable and the tournament is cancelled the following policy will apply: 

  • If tournament play has not begun, your team will receive a refund of your tournament fee less $300.
  • If the Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival is canceled after tournament play has begun no refund will be given.
