When can I expect to see the tournament schedule?The tournament schedule will be emailed to your team’s representative and will be posted at www.bluegrasslacrossefestival.com for the general public 3-5 days prior to the event.How does the "Open" Division at Bluegrass work?Bluegrass has an "Open" division at all of our age levels. The "Open" divisions have no distinction in level of play.

What time frame will the games be scheduled in?Games will be scheduled between 8 AM and 8PM on Saturday, June 29th. The tournament will begin at 8AM and will conclude by 6PM at the latest on Sunday, June 30th. Start and end times may vary based on number of tournament teams. Please understand that the more you win, the later you will be scheduled on Sunday. The tournament will finish with a championship game at each level.

Are all games played in one location or do we have to drive to other locations?Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival will be at one large location; Champions Park.  Please keep in mind that the complex is large so walking from field to field may take some time.

What amenities will be available Bluegrass?Bluegrass will house all of our amenities and entertainment at Vendor Village.  A Vendor Village is an area where you will find food, beverages and tournament merchandise.

Can we bring a grill to barbeque at the event?Unfortunately, grills are prohibited at the complex.

Are pets allowed at the complex?Pets are not allowed at Champions Park.  If you bring your pet you will be asked to leave tournament grounds.

Refund Policy:There is a 50% refund prior to June 1st, 2013. There is no refund starting June 1, 2013.
