Dear Vendor/Advertiser,

Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival.  The Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival is the premier summer lacrosse tournament in the Midwest.  Centrally located in Louisville, KY the tournament draws great lacrosse competition from all the surrounding states. 

The Festival will take place June 29 - June 30, 2013. This one weekend in June will attract around 4,000 people each day to the Louisville Area.  There are multiple ways to get involved with the Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival that will benefit your business!

1. Market your business in the Official Bluegrass Lacrosse Festival Tournament Packet.  You can create an advertisement for our tournament packet that will be given to guests! 
2. Donate coupons, discounts, or gifts for our teams!  One great way to get parents and athletes in your door is by giving them a discount to come inside.  These give-aways would be given to our athletes on Friday, June 28th.
3. Become a vendor at the tournament and have your own booth to advertise yourself or sell your product.  With over 4,000 people attending an all day event, parents, athletes, and kids are looking for things to do and see while on-site.  Set up a booth and enjoy the lacrosse environment!

The lacrosse company, Warrior, will be present at the tournament with their latest lacrosse gear. Be sure to stop by the Warrior Trailer to try out new gear and participate in the Paul Rabil Challenge, including... the Fastest Shot Challenge the Chop Shop Challenge
